This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization’s Human Resources through planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs and practices. As assigned, the incumbent may be responsible for some of the following areas:
• Assists to develop and maintain annual recruiting programs and helps managers in the candidate selection process
• Prepares employees for assignments through employee orientation and training and development programs
• Assist management in the planning, monitoring and evaluating of employee performance, train managers to coach and discipline employee and listen to employee to help in resolving issues with management
• Assist in the development and maintenance of employee benefit and compensation process and programs
• Ensure compliance of HR programs with applicable legal regulations
• Prepare, update and recommend HR policies and practices as needed
