| Job duties |
1) Provide support for the organizations proprietary systems.
2) Leverage system monitoring tools to ensure system stability.
3) Troubleshoot problems across several areas, including application, network, OS, hardware.
4) Provide remote and on-site support for the company server farm located at the Data Center.
- Server OS: UNIX systems, Windows 2003 Server
- Network: Cisco systems (router, switch and PIX firewall), F5 networks
- Custom Applications: Data Exchange System, Electronic Procurement Notification System
5) Create weekly and monthly reports detailing work performed.
6) Create presentations using Microsoft office for reporting proposing to the clients.
7) Develop and update comprehensive documents and train to the team members.
