| Job duties |
** Server/PC Support duty includes;
• Onsite IT engineer at client's office
• Install new/rebuild server, PC equipments and configure Hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues
• Repair and recover from hardware and software failures
• Customer internal IT support
** Network Support duty includes;
• Technical activities for network equipment (Cisco Router/Switch, Juniper SSG, etc), configuration and installation by instructions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot with carriers and vendors
• Documentations
