Job Duties:
• Assist with American and Japanese accounts in the areas of rate/booking inquiries, cargo tracking, scheduling as well inquiries relating to securities, customs, etc.
• Troubleshooting customer issues
• Notifying customers or appropriate internal parties of rule changes, traffic news
• Cargo tracking and lifting reports as well as data analysis
• General support for customers
• Must effectively communicate with multiple parties, both internally and externally, to solve customer issues.
