| Job duties |
• Providing customer service and inside sales, and all the necessary tasks to accomplish them.
• Answering inquiry and resolve claims from customers.
• Searching information related to the business matters (product, company, customer, tools, etc.)
• Maintaining the updated information of the business matters above, also on the system and websites.
• Communicating with vendors for inquiries, orders, invoices and other business related matters.
• Providing information by translating between Japanese and English.
• Producing announcements and creating forms for venders and customers.
• Coordinating all shipping arrangements with customers and vendors.
• Keeping all the sales and product related record with venders and customers.
• Filings, data entry, answering phones.
• Any administrative supports when requested.
