Job duties |
1.Increase Sales and Profit:
- Compile and update lists and information of prospective customers.
- Visit customers, speaking with them on the phone and email in order to give sales presentations and to establish solid relationship.
- Povide price quotes, proposals, and business terms to current and prospective customers.
- Provide technical consultation and engineering solutions to current and prospective customers.
- By working together with CEO on sales and engineering to ensure high quality products and services.
2. Provides Post-Sales Support and Service:
- Follow-up on sales to ensure satisfactory completion of agreement terms(project parameters, requirement, project delivery, system status, payment schedule, etc.)
- Contact customers in order to trouble shoot problems as they occur.
3. Builds New Business Opportunities:
- Research, evaluate and participate in business development activities.
- Conducts research and report on new technologies of interest to the company.
4. Keeps Management Informed:
- Communicate regularly via verbal or written sales and engineering reports.
