Job duties |
1)Purchase and Manage Products -Purchase, track and manage products and equipment for the department, including occasionally negotiate delivery time and price with Japan, Nagoya Works or FOA. 2)Support Management •Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing. •Set up and organize meetings including scheduling, organizing meeting rooms, and taking minutes. •Prepare PowerPoint presentations, communications and documents as requested. 3)Coordinate travel arrangements (air, hotel, restaurants, ground transportation) for the department staff and guests from Nagoya Works (Japan.) 4)Other duties as assigned |
